Still Technique Manual: Applications of a Rediscovered Technique of Andrew Taylor Still, M.D. Updated, Second Edition
The Still Technique Manual, Second Edition details the history of the rediscovery and redevelopment of one of the original osteopathic manipulative treatment methods that historically was termed Indirect then Direct treatment. The book includes analysis of this unique manual medicine approach that was first discovered, taught and used over 140 years ago by the founding father of osteopathic medicine, Dr. Andrew Taylor Still. The book also includes a multi-systems model of musculoskeletal restriction and somatic dysfunction. Finally, it has 11 chapters detailing applications of the technique to the whole body. It is being republished with some corrections and inclusion of some material that was added to the French and Italian translations but were not present in the original Second Edition.
